That’s why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — to ensure your peace of mind and reward your consistency in using our oral dissolving strips as intended.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Our fulfillment process is fully automated and begins immediately after checkout to ensure rapid shipping and stock accuracy.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Order Only)

Rebuilding iron stores and seeing a real shift in your daily energy takes time and consistency. If, after giving our oral iron strips a fair trial, you are not satisfied with your experience, you are eligible for a refund on your first order under the following conditions:

To prevent abuse and keep our guarantee fair for everyone, please read the strict guidelines below:

  • Empty Packaging Return Required: You must physically return the empty box and the empty individual strip pouches of the product you consumed.

  • The "One Open Box" Rule for Bundles: If you purchased a bundle (e.g., our 3-Pack or 6-Pack), you may only open and consume one box. To receive a full refund for your bundle, the remaining boxes must be returned completely unopened, sealed, and in pristine condition, along with the empty packaging of your first box. If more than one box has been opened, your refund will be prorated.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Strict Limit: This guarantee is valid for your first purchase only and is strictly limited to one refund per person, per household, per IP address, or per billing address.

To initiate a guarantee claim within 60 days of your delivery date, please contact us at contact.nabatlabs@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return address.

Returns & Refunds for Unused Items (30 Days)

If you simply changed your mind and wish to return completely unused and unopened products within 30 days of receipt, please contact our support team at contact.nabatlabs@gmail.com.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • A $3 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Please note that some countries restrict the return of dietary supplements; in such cases, refunds for returned goods may not be possible.

Returned items under this section must:

  • Be in their original, factory-sealed packaging.

  • Include all unopened boxes.

  • Show no signs of use, wear, or tampering.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take product quality seriously and pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact.nabatlabs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product (e.g., damaged pouches or boxes) and exterior packaging.

A replacement will be issued at no cost once the issue is verified. Please note that damaged packaging alone (e.g., a dented outer box) is not considered a damaged product if the individual strips inside remain intact and sealed. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for products damaged through misuse or failure to follow storage instructions.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but Nabat Labs cannot be held responsible for shipping or customs delays beyond our control.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in opening an investigation. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carrier errors or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Product Safety & Usage

Our formulas are developed under strict safety standards. Please follow all usage and storage instructions provided on our packaging and website. We cannot be held responsible for adverse effects resulting from improper use, taking more than the recommended daily dose, or non-compliance with the provided instructions. If you have an underlying medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and maintain system integrity:

  • All transactions are verified for authenticity.

  • Billing and shipping addresses must match your payment details.

  • We may request additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.

Nabat Labs reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent behavior and to permanently ban users who attempt to abuse our 60-Day Guarantee.
